Precision machining

Drawing-based CNC machining from prototype to production

Send a drawing, model or sample requirement. Shoujia reviews the material, machining route, inspection scope and commercial inputs before confirming a quotation.

Machining scope

Choose the process around the drawing

Shoujia supports drawing-based machining for structural parts, housings, shafts, threaded parts and multi-feature components. Machine selection, tolerances, capacity and delivery are confirmed during project review.

01

3, 4 and 5-axis CNC milling

Multi-face, cavity and complex-feature components are reviewed against the drawing, datum strategy and inspection requirements.

02

CNC turning and Swiss-type machining

Shafts, discs, threaded adapters, plugs and other rotary parts are evaluated for material, thread and measurement requirements.

03

EDM, wire EDM and grinding

Secondary machining routes can be considered when the part geometry or finishing requirement calls for them.

04

Inspection defined by the project

Critical dimensions, first-article needs and reporting format are agreed before price and delivery are confirmed.

Materials and quantities

Inputs confirmed for each project

Prototype, low-volume and production enquiries are evaluated from the actual drawing, quantity and acceptance requirements.

Aluminum alloys

For plates, frames, housings and other drawing-defined components.

Stainless steels

For corrosion-resistant components where grade, finish and inspection are specified.

Copper alloys

Reviewed by exact grade, condition, geometry and finishing requirement.

Other specified metals

Steels, titanium alloys and high-temperature alloys are evaluated project by project.

Liquid-cooling component review

Machined parts for cooling assemblies

These are component categories for engineering review. They do not represent a complete cold-plate or thermal-system design service.

Engineering schematic

Covers, bases and end blocks

Milled faces, bores, pockets, mounting features and interfaces reviewed to the supplied drawing.

Engineering schematic

Manifold and distribution blocks

Cross-drilled features, threaded ports, burr-control points and inspection access reviewed before quotation.

Engineering schematic

Mounting and retention hardware

Mounting frames, hold-down plates and backplates evaluated for geometry, material and critical dimensions.

Engineering schematic

Adapters, plugs and connection parts

Turned or milled metal parts assessed for thread specification, sealing interfaces and measurement method.

Project boundary

For wetted components, the customer should identify coolant compatibility, cleanliness, sealing interfaces, working and test pressure, and the acceptance method. Cleaning, sealing and testing responsibilities are confirmed before quotation.

Review workflow

From requirement to an actionable quotation

  1. 01

    Share the requirement

2D drawing, 3D model, material, quantity, finish and delivery destination.

  2. 02

    Engineering review

Manufacturability, missing information, process route and inspection scope.

  3. 03

    Prototype or quotation

Sample quantity, tooling, acceptance criteria, price and project-specific delivery.

  4. 04

    Production review

Batch quantities, first-article needs, quality records and delivery sequence.
